Set in 1899 New York City, Newsies Jr. tells the inspiring story of Jack Kelly, a charismatic newsboy who dreams of a better life beyond the city streets. When newspaper publisher Joseph Pulitzer raises prices at the expense of the newsies, Jack and his friends — Crutchie, Davey, and Les — decide to fight back.
With the help of Katherine, a brave young reporter, the newsies form a union and strike against the powerful publishers. Their courage spreads across the city, turning a group of street kids into a movement for justice.
As tensions rise, Jack faces tough choices about friendship, loyalty, and doing what’s right. In the end, the newsies’ determination wins the day, proving that when you stand together, you can change the world.
